BPSH is an association of patent attorneys and attorneys at law with its business location in Düsseldorf, acting on all matters of intellectual property. The close and team-orientated co-operation of patent attorneys and attorneys at law guarantees our clients from the fields of research and industry a competent and extensive consultancy in matters of national and international patent and utility model law, of design protection law, trademark law and copyright law. Besides the consultancy and representation of clients out of industry and research in the field of intellectual property, another main focus of our work is the legal all-around advice of companies in the field of advertisement and media. We ensure the legal conformity of our client’s actions according to the provisions of the competition law, trademark and copyright law, and we also support our clients during negotiations and to the conclusion of license agreements and other branch-specific agreements. Through long-standing connections to partners at home and abroad, we offer our clients a multidisciplinary and cross-national support. |
